With a solid background in Finance, Supply Chain, Business & Project Management, Payam has a proven track record in enabling and guiding companies achieve success. Next to his experience of aligning stakeholders and collaborating with C-suite executives, Payam is an expert negotiator of mega contracts and leading efforts during claims, change management, mediations and international arbitrations. As the Managing Partner, Payam is determined to ensure PYM Consultancy will provide quantifiable added value to clients, in a timely manner, without the overhead cost and red-tape associated with the industry.
Strategy & Contracting Consultant
With a well-established track record of over three decades in energy, chemicals and petrochemical sectors, Juraj has successfully supported many clients implementing their strategic investment programs. His expertise covers all stages of successfully defining, planning and implementing large investment project, including selection and contracting of Technology Licensors, FEED and EPC Contractors. As the Managing Partner of J.P.M. International Juraj has partnered with PYM Consultancy to create synergy and ensure a greater reach and suite of services to our clients.

Manish has extensive experience as a Project and Engineering Manager within the petrochemicals and telecommunication industries, working for multiple Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his project execution and leadership experience, Manish has successfully lead a class leading international company as Sr. VP of Operations achieving success and expanding its market share. Apart from his role as the Operation Consultant, Manish also heads the PYM Consultancy's activities in Asia-Pacific.
